Failure to follow games terms will most often result in a ban from the game if necessary. These terms may be subject to change with little or no warning at any given time.

1). You have no right whatsoever to refund any transaction donated. It is a non-profit donation, not a purchase.
2). Donations are and will only be used to better the server, and server fee's where applicable.
3). We do not pay for the donation fees from now on. If we get a tax fee upon your donation we will make it that amount.
4). You are not allowed to CHARGE BACK for any reasons, in other words, NO REFUNDS.
