Welcome to Eunoia.
I am sorry to inform that this server is still under work, and will be worked on for some time.
However, I put the server online everyday from around 4:30PM~12:00AM PST.
If you are in this time zone and would like to play and test out what is here so far PM me the desired account information and I will make the account for you so that you can log in.
The client download can be found on the main page of the forums in the Release section.
The date that this server will be official is still unknown, but for now this is all I can offer.
